OPPORTUNITIES
UCLA Athletics is committed to supporting our student-athletes’ ability to profit from their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL), doing all we can to help them build their personal brands and assisting to maximize NIL opportunities. As such, we encourage all alumni, fans and friends of UCLA Athletics to support the collectives and marketplaces related to NIL opportunities for UCLA student-athletes.
Official NIL Collective
Champion of Westwood serves as the official NIL collective supporting all UCLA student-athletes. Under the Champion of Westwood umbrella, there are three distinct NIL funds: the existing Men of Westwood fund, which will exclusively support men’s basketball; the existing Champion of Westwood fund (“Champions Fund”) to support women’s basketball and Olympic sports; and Bruins for Life, a new arm established to focus solely on football.
This streamlined structure and focus on enhanced NIL opportunities will significantly benefit UCLA student-athletes, and support for Champion of Westwood will be recognized by the Wooden Athletic Fund and the University.
All NIL opportunities are facilitated with UCLA compliance approval to ensure all student-athletes’ collegiate eligibility is protected.

UCLA Athletics Name, Image, and Likeness Platform
The Westwood Exchange is a student-athlete NIL business registry, custom-designed for businesses, donors, alumni, and any other interested NIL entities wishing to connect with student-athletes.
